Synopsis

Four friends sit around a nearly empty pizza box, enjoying a late-night feast until they realise only one slice remains. What starts as polite refusals quickly spirals into a hilariously over-the-top battle of entitlement, emotional manipulation, and long-held grievances.

As the debate intensifies, friendships are tested, and the true weight of this single slice is revealed. A darkly comedic take on friendship, hunger, and the absurdity of human nature, You Have It! proves that sometimes, the smallest things bring out the biggest conflicts.

About the Film

Director's Vision

"You Have It! explores the absurd lengths people go to avoid confrontation, even over something as trivial as a pizza slice. Through comedy, we examine how politeness can mask deeper tensions and how the smallest social situations can reveal fundamental truths about human behavior and friendship dynamics."

Production Notes

The film is designed as a single-location comedy, using tight framing and intimate blocking to amplify the claustrophobic tension of the situation. The humor emerges from the escalating absurdity of the characters' justifications and the mounting importance they place on one pizza slice.

Themes

  • Social Politeness: The absurdity of excessive courtesy
  • Friendship Dynamics: How trivial conflicts test relationships
  • Human Nature: Revealing character through mundane situations
  • Escalation: How small problems become major conflicts

Production Status
